Potatoes kebabs recipe | delicious dish

  Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1/2 onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1/4 cup mint leaves (finely chopped) 1 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp black pepper  1/2 tsp coriander powder Salt (to taste) Oil (for frying) Instructions: In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, garam masala powder, black paper, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into small patty shapes. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the shaped mixture in the pan and fry until it becomes golden brown. Flip the kabab and fry the other side until it becomes golden brown. Remove the kababs from the pan and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with green chutney or any dip of your choice. Enjoy your delicious Aloo Kababs!

  Ingredients: 500g minced meat (beef or lamb) 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped 1 tablespoon of cumin powder 1 teaspoon of paprika powder 1 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 2 tablespoons of oil Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, put the minced meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh coriander, and chopped fresh parsley. Add cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and mix it well. Cover the bowl and leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour. Once the mixture has marinated, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into kababs. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the kababs to the pan and cook them on each side for 3-4 minutes or until they are browned. Serve hot with your choice of sides like rice, salad, or pita bread. Enjoy!

Ingredients 2   pt.   cherry or grape tomatoes 1   shallot, quartered 3   cloves garlic, smashed  1/2   c.   extra-virgin olive oil, divided Kosher salt Pinch crushed red pepper flakes 1   (8-oz.) block feta 3   sprigs fresh thyme  10   oz.   pasta Zest of 1 lemon (optional) Fresh basil, for garnish Directions Step  1 Preheat oven to 400°. In a large ovenproof skillet or medium baking dish, combine tomatoes, shallot, garlic, and all but 1 tablespoon oil. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and toss to combine.  Step  2 Place feta into center of tomato mixture and drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
