Ingredients:
500g minced meat (beef or lamb)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon of cumin powder
1 teaspoon of paprika powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of oil
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, put the minced meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh coriander, and chopped fresh parsley.
Add cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and mix it well.
Cover the bowl and leave it to marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.
Once the mixture has marinated, take small portions of the mixture and shape them into kababs.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the kababs to the pan and cook them on each side for 3-4 minutes or until they are browned.
Serve hot with your choice of sides like rice, salad, or pita bread. Enjoy!
