Potatoes kebabs recipe | delicious dish
Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed) 1/2 onion (finely chopped) 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped) 1/4 cup mint leaves (finely chopped) 1 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp coriander powder Salt (to taste) Oil (for frying) Instructions: In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, garam masala powder, black paper, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well. Take a handful of the mixture and shape it into small patty shapes. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the shaped mixture in the pan and fry until it becomes golden brown. Flip the kabab and fry the other side until it becomes golden brown. Remove the kababs from the pan and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
